During the intake interview, the Center's rules and guidelines will be shared with each parent. 

**INTAKE FEE MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME APPOINTMENT IS SET. RETURN TO STEP TWO IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID THE INTAKE FEE.
